dr Joanna Polak, Spectator

At first this was meant to be a short comic, a documentation of a dream I had after a particularly hard day at work. It was my first 9-to-5 job and I had a hard time adjusting to the changes — the corporate life, new city, new flat, new people.

It later evolved into a short animation, that was shown on two Polish nationwide festivals: OFAFA Festival in Cracow and O!PLA Nationwide Festival, where it was discovered by Spectator distribution agency.

In December 2014 the animation had a cinema premiere along with an ingenious film by Asia Argento — “Incompresa“. It was distributed in cinemas, on DVD and in television.
